By using our platform at easy-post.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Easy Post, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Easy Post is a platform for managing Telegram channels and bots. Key features include:

• Creating projects and connecting Telegram channels
• Configuring bots to collect submissions via dynamic forms
• Approving, rejecting, and publishing submissions
• Marketplace (classifieds via bot)
• Content moderation and automated generation
• Channel pools for broadcasting messages
• MCP API and OAuth integrations

3. Registration and Account

• Registration is available only via Google SSO
• You must be at least 16 years old
• You are responsible for the security of your account
• One account per person; account transfers are not permitted
• You must provide accurate information

4. Plans and Billing

• Easy Post offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Business plans
• Payments are processed through LemonSqueezy
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the billing date
• Refunds are handled per LemonSqueezy's refund policy
• We do not store payment card details
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice
• Downgrading may result in feature and channel limits

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for spam, phishing, or fraud
• Violate the terms of service of Telegram or other third parties
• Publish illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Abuse the API or generate excessive load
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform
• Use bots to collect data without user consent
• Circumvent plan or feature restrictions

6. Bot Tokens

• You may use the shared bot or connect your own (BYO)
• When using a BYO bot token, you are fully responsible for it
• Do not share bot tokens with unauthorized parties
• We store BYO tokens with restricted access but cannot guarantee they are immune to compromise
• If you suspect a token leak, regenerate it immediately via BotFather

7. Content and Submissions

• You retain all rights to content you upload to the platform
• You grant us a license to store, process, and transmit your content as needed to operate the service
• You are responsible for content published through your bots
• We may remove content that violates these terms without notice
• Submission data belongs to the channel owner; bot users should be informed about data collection

8. API and MCP

• API access is gated by your subscription plan
• OAuth tokens have limited scopes — use the minimum required
• Do not share API tokens; keep them secure
• We may revoke tokens for violations of these terms
• The API is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee 100% uptime
• We may limit or change the API with notice

9. Intellectual Property

• Easy Post, including its code, design, and documentation, is our property
• You receive no rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the platform
• Your content remains yours; we do not claim ownership of your data

10. Service Availability

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible
• The platform depends on third-party services (Telegram, LemonSqueezy, Google)
• We are not liable for downtime caused by third parties

11. Data Deletion

• You can delete projects, channels, and associated data via the UI
• Deletion is cascading — all related submissions, posts, and settings are removed
• For full account deletion, contact us
• Some data may persist in backups for a limited time

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Easy Post is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on platform data

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Easy Post against claims, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these terms
• Content uploaded or published through your account
• Your violation of third-party rights

14. Termination

• You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, your access to data ceases
• Sections on limitation of liability and indemnification survive termination

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify you via the platform or email. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
