A form in Telegram: answers reach you right away
People message you in DMs however they like: one forgets the phone number, another the price, and everything drowns in the chat. The bot asks them for everything in order, and you get one ready card with the answers. Every submission is kept in your dashboard as a list.
DMs or Easy Post
How taking answers through the bot differs from private messages.
| What we compare | DMs | Easy Post |
|---|---|---|
| All the data you need | No: one forgets the phone, another the price | Yes: the bot asks in order, required fields can’t be skipped |
| How an answer looks | Everyone writes their own way | One card: fields in their places |
| Not losing a submission | It drowns among other messages | Yes: all in the dashboard, filter by status |
| Deciding on it | Reply by hand | Approve, reject or delete with one tap |
| Knowing something arrived | Scroll through the chat | Yes: the card reaches Telegram right away |
Three steps to your first answer
The first two happen once. After that answers arrive on their own.

Receive the answers
Every answer arrives as one card: all fields in place, with “Approve”, “Reject” and “Delete” buttons beside it. Nothing to untangle in a chat. All submissions are kept in your dashboard as a list you can filter by status.
Every project member with Telegram linked gets the card.
Pricing
The price doesn’t depend on the number of answers. You pay per form in the bot.

Questions before you sign up
How is this different from Google Forms?
People don’t have to open a link and a browser: the bot asks step by step right in Telegram, and you get a card. On the other hand, Google Forms puts answers straight into a spreadsheet, while Easy Post keeps submissions in your dashboard.
Can I get the answers into Google Sheets or a CRM?
There is no ready-made connection to spreadsheets or CRMs yet. On the Pro plan every approved submission can go to your URL by webhook, but you have to set up the receiving side yourself.
People are used to writing in DMs. Will they use the bot?
Give them the bot link instead of your handle: in a pinned post, in the description, in reply to a direct message. They tap “Start” and answer step by step. Text sent to the bot outside the form won’t reach you: the bot asks them to tap a button and start.
What if I get something I don’t want?
You approve, reject or delete each submission with one tap. How many submissions one person can send per day and per month is set in the form settings.
